Acupuncture and Treatment Philosophy

As an Acupuncture Physician, Doctor of Oriental Medicine, with over 16 years of experience, I help you navigate your personal path to wellness.  I draw upon my experience in the 3500 year old tradition of acupuncture and Chinese medicine, as well as herbs, homeopathy, nutrition, and kinesiology.  I am a primary care provider licensed nationally and in the State of Florida, certified in acupoint injection therapy and laser biostimulation.

I focus on an integrated approach to medicine, combining the best of two worlds:   the East and the West.  When medically appropriate, I use laboratory test results.  My personalized, eclectic treatment style complements traditional Western medical diagnosis.   I use natural medicine first, evaluating the person as a whole, identifying the root causes of the symptoms, and treating using non-toxic, noninvasive methods to restore health.  

I specialize in pain elimination and stress reduction.  Beyond this, I've successfully treated a wide variety of mind/body conditions including poor memory, restless leg (tremors), allergies, anxiety, depression, bronchitis, gastrointestinal and women's issues.  Also available:  Oriental massage to relax and a detox foot bath to pull toxins and balance the body's systems.
